Stirrings

Glinda writes:

Around the world, many people are seeing that many things in our time are wrong. Very wrong. Sometimes, they see it in the faces of loved ones who are sick. They see it in the diminished quality of air, water, soil. They see it in losses of habitat and fellow creatures who were once companions. They see it in slow and sometimes dramatic changes in local weather patterns. They see the pain and loss when humans use domination and force as a means to promote self interest instead of solving problems and opening to the suffering of fellow travelers.

Many times, they have looked for bigger systems like government and business to fix it. But that is changing. These every day ordinary folks like you and me are now beginning to take on changes in our own daily practices. This is happening worldwide. It is happening quietly outside the view of the media world. It is happening where it counts: in our hearts and our actions.

As our hearts open to the things we must do on our daily walk, there is hope for our time and for all those who follow.
