Disruptions in Weather
yield increasing difficulties
in Growing Food.
Most Gardeners would tell you
we are experiencing that.
My Croatian Ancestors
left their Homeland in 1908
because there was no Food.
Parents sent away
their children.
In those times,
they had
somewhere to go.
Today's and tomorrow's
massive scale of disruption
and the sheer weight
of Human Numbers
mean we have
nowhere to go.
Maybe the Journey
is not outside
but rather inside.
May we each do
what we have come here to do.
May we Humans
become the Beauty of Presence
we were intended.
