Self Care

My ayurvedic physician suggested that I should do some elemental things of self care to give my self good healing energy at a time that has some pretty significant energy demands.  She noted going to bed by 8:30am and a 20 minute rest after lunch.  I added regular meals at regular times (8am, noon, and 5:30pm).  I am not always the best with this.  I do try and I am close.  And I do see the results.  Furthermore, I suggested this was a good guideline for each of us.  And the heads nodded.
