Yesterday, Melanie and Richard dehydrated Corn. They cut Corn off the cob and then just brought it to a boil. The next steps were to drain off the liquid, then lay it out on shelves of the dehydrator. It took about a day to dry. Six dozen ears made 16 cups of dehydrated Corn.
We will use the Dried Corn for cooking and for snacks. In fact, we have already started using it for snacks. Yum.
