Prayer

I come from a culture of a species 

which at some fundamental level 

believes that we are 

outside the Circle of Life.

That belief system 

places us outside the Life Force,

representing an unspoken desire to die.

I would pray 

that great wound of my kind 

can be healed,

that all who may be blessed 

with the Gift of this Paradisal Dream 

be healed.
