Recipe: Beef Stew

1 Pint Canned Beef, in Chunks
1 Quart Green Beans, with liquid
1 Quart Tomato Juice
Handful of Cherry Tomatoes
1 Pint Carrots, with liquid
1 Cup Frozen Corn
1 Onion, cut in hunks
1 Clove Garlic, coarsely chopped

Place in Pot. Bring to gentle rolling boil and cook until Onion and Garlic are tender, approximately 30 Minutes. Serve. Great with Melanie's Homemade Bread which is still warm.

Note: You could call this "Butterfly Hill Farm Fast Food". It is one of our fastest and most favorite meals. With the exception of the Beef, we raised it all right here on the Farm. The Beef came from Rolf and Ilse. We are going to need to can some more Beef. It is just delicious and makes for such an easy meal.
