A Walk through Grandmother's Flower Garden

I am working on the creation of what I call "Grandmother's Flower Garden". This will take a while to develop, but we do have the beginning stages in place after only a year. The dreams of it are unfolding. The Garden will feature old varieties of flowers, including some with histories in our families. Indeed, a few are already making themselves at home. Plus, some veggies, herbs, and fruit will be tucked in too.

I intend the Garden will wrap the house in beauty, peace, and the celebration of life. Grandmother's Flower Garden will also embrace the visitor (including birds, bugs, and butterflies) with the beauty of growing things, plus invite stories and reflection on the meanderings of Life.

Yes, we have a start.
