Mother had a Trivet which hung over the Breakfast Bar where we gathered for our Family Meals when I was growing up. I do not know where she got it. And I don't know what became of it. But I think of it now. That Trivet said: "Ve get too soon Oldt and too late Smart."
When I was growing up, I thought it was pretty funny. That Next Generation would chatter quite a bit about it. As I aged, I knew on some level that it was true. I know on a deeper level now.
The Older I am the more Questions I have. Someone once said: "The Older I am the less I know and the more comfortable I am with it." I laugh. That is too true. I would add: "The Older I am, the more questions I have, the more I want to know." It just all seems to speed up.
