February 4:We began planting Seeds today: Onions, Leeks, Celeriac. The Biodynamic Calendar says it was a "Root Day", so it should be optimal for these Veggies.
Tomorrow, it is supposed to Snow. We will be on the lookout for gathering Rainwater for those Seeds and Seedlings. 7-5 Gallon Buckets is the goal.
In the quiet confines of our Little Farm where the Cold and Spareness of Winter is still seemingly present, we are in awe. Garden Season 2010 has begun.
