Preservation Summary-September 13

We have been busy-busy preserving the Bounty the Earth has brought to us. Since August 4, we have preserved the following:

  • Tomatoes (Canned)-42 Quarts
  • Tomatoes (Dried)-16 3/4 Cups
  • Tomatoes (Baked and Frozen)-6-1/2 Pound Portions
  • Ketchup (Canned)-6 Pints
  • Marinara Sauce (Canned)-15 Pints; 14 Quarts
  • Salsa (Canned)-38 Pints
  • Barbecue Relish (Canned)-7 Pints
  • Sweet and Sour Sauce (Canned)-7 Pints
  • Chutney (Canned)-9-1/2 Pints
  • Corn (Frozen)-10-4 Cup Portions; 8-2 Cup Portions; 7-1 Cup Portions
  • Celery (Dried)-1/4 Cup
  • Green Sauce (Frozen)-5 Pints
  • Horticulture Beans (Canned)-9 Pints
  • Zucchini (Frozen, Shredded)-9-3 Cup Portions; 6-2 Cup Portions
